14-day right

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to configurable products. Selecting offered options (storage, OS, keyboard layout…) does NOT remove this right: choosing among predefined options is not a bespoke build.

Exception

The only exception is a fully bespoke build made to your specific, non-standard specifications. Such builds are clearly identified as bespoke before the order is confirmed.

How to exercise it

Notify us within 14 days of receiving the device, via the Contact page. The device must be returned in its received condition. Refunds are made in the original means of payment where possible.
