Equipment conformity (CE / RED)
The devices offered (phones, computers, routers) carry the CE / Radio Equipment Directive (RED) marking of their respective manufacturers. onsecret acts as a reseller/distributor and does not modify the radio hardware in a way that affects its conformity; the manufacturers’ original declarations of conformity apply.
WEEE (electronic waste)
Under the WEEE regulation, end-of-life electronic equipment must not be discarded with household waste. onsecret takes part in WEEE collection — producer/eco-organisation registration number [—]. One-for-one take-back on the purchase of equivalent equipment, and collection points: see /contact.
Consumer mediation
